Surprising Someone Special?
We offer local delivery to any location within the St. Louis Metropolitan area and St. Charles County Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. So if your special someone works in the area, we can deliver your gift straight to them at work or home.
Commercial Deliveries
Are you looking for a way to let a business contact know you really appreciate that referral? Or perhaps you’d like a client to know you are excited to be working with them. We offer commercial delivery services Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, in the St. Louis and St. Charles areas.
Of course, we can also ship your gift to anywhere within the United States.

Q: How long will it take for my gift basket to arrive once it’s been shipped?
A: Approximately 3 days for non-local delivery. Local deliveries take up to 2 days.
Q: If something arrives damaged, will I receive a refund?
A: Non-perishable items that are defective from the manufacturer may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Perishable items are not returnable, though. Please do call our customer service department to discuss what happened and how we can help you. Refunds are given on defective items only.
Q: How far in advance should I order my gift basket so it arrives on a special occasion?
A: Please plan on placing your order 3 days prior to when you need it for local delivery, or 5 days in advance for shipping. If the order is large, please allow an extra 2 days.
Q: Can you send a gift basket without the recipient knowing who purchased it?
A: Yes, absolutely.
Q: Can you add branding to the gift basket so it has my company logo and info on it?
A: Yes, we can do that.
Q: How do you prevent chocolate from melting during shipping?
A: Unfortunately, because of the nature of it, we cannot include chocolate in gift baskets that will be shipped between the months of May and September.
Q: Can I substitute an item in a pre-made gift basket?
A: Yes. We work hard to make sure you’re giving a gift the recipient will love and enjoy.

Below you’ll find our policies for everything from shipping to returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
All non-perishable items with a manufacturing defect should be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. No perishable items may be returned, though we ask you to contact our customer service department to discuss it further. For product return address on defective items please contact our customer service team. Refunds are given on defective items only.
Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date the order is received. Large orders can take 7 to 10 business days. Rush deliveries are available within the local delivery areas only.
Local deliveries consist of the St. Louis Metropolitan areas and the St. Charles County. Charge for local delivery starts at $7.00 with rush deliveries (same day service) at $15.00 and available only in the local delivery area.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9am to 6pm.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our promise. At The Personal Gift Basket Co. it is our policy not to disclose any customer information including, and not limited to your name, address, phone number, or email address to any third party. Your customer information is completely confidential and will not be traded or sold for any reason.
Shipping
Pricing for deliveries outside of the local areas varies based on size and dimension. Additional charges may be incurred for larger packages. All shipping is via FedEx.
For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12pm. the day before during business hours.
Sales Tax
The Personal Gift Basket Company is required by law to apply sales tax to the full purchase price on all products delivered within the state of Missouri.
Commercial Deliveries
Business deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Delivery fees are the same as the local delivery fees.
